Get Unstuck and Break Free of 'I'm not good enough'

Client after client, I kept seeing the same thing. Women were coming to coaching because they felt like they were being held back or slowed down by thoughts of ‘I’m not good enough’.

Some called it Imposter Syndrome. Others didn’t have a name for it but knew they didn’t like it!

Although my private clients were overcoming these feelings, I felt frustrated.

I could only work with a limited number of women at a time. And not everyone was ready to invest £2,500 in a bespoke coaching programme just for them.

So, I got creative and created this new service

Get Unstuck and Break Free of ‘I’m Not Good Enough’

Designed to be quick, impactful and life changing without having to invest in a long programme or course.

Who Is It For?

It’s for you if you,

  • You feel like you have imposter syndrome or imposter feelings

  • Have thoughts of ‘I’m not good enough’ even when others would say you are successful or achieving things

  • These thoughts hold you back or slow you down

  • You things you want to do and create and you’re being slowed down

  • You want to get into back into action after feeling stuck

I understand these thoughts and know what it feels to be slowed down by them.

For me, they showed up when I thought about going freelance, when I stepped in my first Director role and when I start or grow creative project.

These thoughts used to hold me back, but they don’t anymore.

Those thoughts don’t control me.

Breaking free of being controlled by these thoughts has magnified my impact in the world.

Once those thoughts don’t control you, you can get back to doing what you want and need to do.

And every action, adds up. Every step takes you further on your journey.

The Impact

Suzy, Copywriter and Blogger

“I wanted some help moving through self doubt. Beforehand I was nervous but Ruth made me feel safe and at ease, even though part of the work was challenging and outside of my comfort zone.

Afterwards, I’m more aware of these thoughts but I still applied for a couple of commissions that I probably wouldn't have before.

I've been using my self doubt in a positive way thinking "if I don't apply I won't know if I'm good enough" rather than just "I'm not good enough so there's no point"

It also helped me remember that I can get through nerves and self doubt.

I hope it will continue to encourage me to go for more work opportunities rather than over-analysing everything and talking myself out of something before I've even applied.”

What’s included?

The core of the service is a 45 minute session 1:1 which blends mentoring, coaching, psychology, energetics and more.

One client described it as ‘gentle but so powerful’

Before and after the session, you receive a set of reflection questions to get you ready, focused and clear.

This has been designed to be as impactful and transformative in the shortest amount of time possible.

Helen, Author and Doula

“As I start my own doula business and write a new book, I wanted to try and get past that feeling of not being enough. I wanted some help to try and shift that mindset.

Ruth is lovely, and really puts you at your ease. I felt instantly comfortable and that I could be totally honest with her, and very supported and unjudged.

After, I felt lighter and more positive. I took a crucial first step in my new business. I know that sounds such a small thing, but it is important.

The biggest change for me has been to be able to do things I was putting off. I had an email I hadn't replied to, because I didn't know what to say but I made myself send a breezy chatty email back saying that I would like to have a catch up meeting.

I left feeling that this lack of confidence and feeling of not being good enough isn't an insurmountable obstacle.

Ruth helped me develop a little feeling that I don't have to be perfect to do something, and that I can go ahead anyway.”

This service is based on

  • The learning from hundreds of hours I have spent of coaching women across industries and countries over the last decade

  • My mental health first aid training to make sure you are in safe hands and feel safe with me

  • My own journey overcoming these thoughts to gain promotions, negotiate pay rises and start my own business

  • Leading edge psychological research evaluated during my postgraduate training in psychology

“If you want to stop the 'I'm not good enough' gremlin doing its merry jig then don't hesitate to book this session because Ruth is brilliant, she knows her stuff. She loves the brain and is always trying to find innovative and positive ways to benefit women and their lives. It's the smallest step you can take but the reward is so great.

Afterwards, I feel like obstacles aren't having as much of an impact on me the way they once did. I feel so much more in touch with myself and what my intuition and body are trying to tell me - I thought I was already but Ruth helped me take that to another level. I discovered I was unintentionally ignoring lots of signs and that they had a purpose and were worth acknowledging.

I feel confident and the tasks and challenges that were sapping my energy before are now much more enjoyable and painless.

Now I know what are driving those fears, negative feelings and energy. So I can stop and ask the question 'what is it trying to tell me' and work out what I need to do next. I'm not pushing anything away or ignoring anything. It was a gentle yet empowering session!

Ruth's session has given me to tools to address my imposter syndrome and negative feelings in a positive way, and quickly. I'm excited about all the opportunities and possibilities there are!”

If you’re ready to get past self doubt and back into action.
